Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Manager with the day-to-day management of construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors suppliers and site staff
- Ensure works are completed safely on time and to the highest quality standards
- Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management
- Maintain site documentation and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Support the planning and scheduling of works on site
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site operations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Relevant construction qualification preferred
- Full driving licence
