As a Sr. Product Designer at Generac you will own the end-to-end design of digital experiences that connect customers to their Generac products. You will partner with cross-functional teams to define user problems explore solutions and deliver high-quality designs that balance user needs with business goals.
To succeed in this role you learn quickly dig into details and think in systemsable to connect digital and physical experiences with clarity and precision.
You have a strong command of product design fundamentals and design systems and are comfortable working across the product development lifecyclefrom discovery through implementation. Youre a proactive problem solver who collaborates well across disciplines advocates for the user and seeks opportunities to mentor peers and influence product direction.
We are open to hiring candidates across multiple locations in both the U.S. and Canada. This is an in-office position in the United States and a hybrid position in Canada.

Generac is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role based in Toronto Ontario Canada is between $120000 CAD - $149900 CAD. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates relevant work experience skills certifications and geographic location. The salary range may vary across different regions states and provinces and will ultimately be aligned with the location in which the position is filled.This role is eligible for variable compensation including short-term and long-term incentives.
