ATE Business Development Specialist
Reporting into theAfter The Event (ATE) Manager the ATE Business Development Specialist is responsible for maintaining and expanding business with broker and law firm partners contributing to strategy conducting regular law firm account reconciliations supporting Partner Reviews contributing to the overall marketing strategy identifying and attending relevant events contributing to the overall function of the ATE Team. The position will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Underwriting and ATE) to improve the entire client experience.
What will you do
- Monitoring industry trends to identify and develop new sales and business opportunities
- Manage and execute against regular client reviews
- Manage overall profitability of client accounts through regular reconciliation activities and in line with ARAG strategy
- Promote awareness of ATE Solutions products at all levels
- Support Underwriting assessment of new business opportunities in line with established authority limits
- Prepare quotes Terms of Business Agreements (TOBA) and Program Administration Agreements (PAAs)
- Maintain prompt and clear communications with clients and internally with Stakeholders contributing to strategic dialogue
- Travel and attendance at various industry and networking events required
- Support marketing initiatives and overall marketing plan
- Provide regular and accurate reporting and updates
About You:
- College diploma or University degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience within the legal industry
- RIBO license or eligibility within three months of hire
- Relevant experience in sales and marketing is an asset but not required
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid Drivers License
