Want a seat at our table We are seeking an Automation Process Improvement Lead to transform engineering workflows drive AIpowered automation develop engineering dashboards and improve operational visibility across our engineering organization. This role owns the Jira platform partners with Azure DevOps and GitHub stakeholders and delivers automation and analytics solutions that enhance engineering productivity and performance.
The Main Course Responsibilities
- Lead workflow automation initiatives using Power Automate Power Apps and AI agents.
- Own Jira administration including workflows automation integrations permissions and governance.
- Build Power BI dashboards for engineering metrics SDLC performance and operational insights.
- Perform data analytics modeling and metric standardization across engineering tools.
- Partner with ADO/GitHub owners to align workflows and reporting.
- Improve SDLC and Agile processes; support planning sprint execution and release readiness.
- Drive crossteam engineering initiatives and provide executiveready insights.
What You Bring To The Table Qualifications
- 5 years project/program management in engineering or technology.
- Expertlevel Jira Administration experience.
- Advanced Power BI and data analytics skills (DAX modeling trend analysis).
- Strong SDLC and Agile methodology knowledge.
- Handson experience developing AI Agents and workflow automation.
- Extensive experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
