Matrix Providers is seeking a General Medicine Examiner to provide Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) as a third-party contractor for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Clinicians in this role conduct Compensation and Pension (C&P) medical disability examinations for veterans who have filed disability claims.
Location: Pensacola FL.
About the Role:
As a general medicine examiner you will be conducting general medical exams and completing
applicable disability benefits questionnaires (DBQs). DBQs help collect necessary medical information so that the VA may process a Veterans disability claims.
General Medicine Requirements:
- Doctorate degree from a college or university accredited by either the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) or the American Osteopathic Associations Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA) or Masters degree from a college or university with an accreditation from The Accreditation Commission in Education in Nursing (ACEN) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) program or Masters degree from a college or university with an accreditation from The National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Active state license in good standing
- Malpractice insurance
- Computer reliable internet
