Job Summary

eSmart Networks is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of multiple projects safely on time and on budget. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager you will collaborate across Health & Safety Electrical Pre-Construction and Commercial teams to ensure operational excellence and strong customer relationships

What you will be doing

Manage multiple projects from planning to delivery ensuring quality safety and budget compliance.
Support the Senior Operations Manager in developing the Operations department and offerings.
Monitor schedules resources and subcontractor performance to meet project goals.
Promote a positive Health & Safety culture across all teams.
Liaise with developers contractors highway agencies and other stakeholders to build strong relationships.
Analyse performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for

Proven operational management experience in utilities construction or developer sectors.
Previous supervisory or management experience.
Relevant certifications: NRSWA SMSTS/SSSTS EUSR or CSCS.
Strong Health & Safety knowledge and commitment.
Excellent project management communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work proactively solve problems and maintain first-class customer service.
IT proficient including Microsoft Office and report writing.
