KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Participate in creation and development of product designs based on internal standards calculations simulations tests manufacturing processes attending also the customer needs.
Check and release 3D models and drawings of new and series production products.
Participate in the validation plan definition and follow-up its fulfillment throughout the product development process
Participate in costumer meetings for all design and development topics
Support D-FMEA development and set of the product special characteristics SC/CC.
Prepare prototypes costs and timings prototype control plan.
Create/update material data sheets of our products (IMDS Reach Rohsetc)
Participate in product engineering standards development.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree in Mechatronics Masters degree desired.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Microsoft Project
Effective presentation skills and ability to respond to questions
Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and in English ideally also in German
Must be able to handle multiple tasks
Must enjoy working with people and contribute to the team success as well as working tenaciously in order to meet or exceed personal goals
Strong customer focus and problem-solving aptitudes to analyze the problem and think creatively to provide a solution
Able to identify issues problems and opportunities and choose appropriate actions
A proactive/can-do attitude is vital
