Job Summary
Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln is seeking a Service Loaner Agent to become a part of an efficient and customer-oriented service department. Starting wage $18 hourly.
The ideal candidate has a high energy level positive attitude desire to work in a fast-paced environment and a valid drivers license.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Properly creates loaner car agreements ensuring that clients provide current drivers license current insurance and valid credit card.
- Provide clients with explanations about potential charges that can arise from using our loaner vehicle.
- Provide a seamless handoff of the loaner vehicle to the client explaining the walkaround and what is expected upon their return to the dealership.
- Daily check on existing inventory for compliance with our standards such as full tank of gas cleanliness of vehicle and mileage.
- Check in vehicles as they come in from clients. Inspect vehicle for possible damage non-compliance with fuel levels at time of checkout excessive miles and cleanliness.
- Ensure returned vehicles are washed and ready to go for clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Attention to detail and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Have a positive attitude and be customer service oriented
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- 18 years of age with a valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Successfully pass a background check
