Job Summary:
A Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness customer engagement and sales growth across F&B products or outlets. This role combines brand management campaign planning digital marketing and market analysis with a strong focus on consumer trends and competitive positioning in the F&B industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning
Plan and execute product launches promotions and seasonal campaigns
Manage brand identity across all channels (digital print in-store packaging events)
Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media content email and paid advertising
Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with sales operations and product development teams
Manage marketing budgets and track ROI of campaigns
Coordinate with agencies designers influencers and media partners
Ensure compliance with food labeling advertising and regulatory standards
Monitor performance metrics and prepare marketing reports for management
Qualifications :
**Required Skills & Competencies:**
- Proven expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Advanced proficiency in social media management and content creation across multiple platforms (Instagram Facebook TikTok LinkedIn etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data track KPIs and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives and messaging
- Demonstrated experience in PR media relations and press coordination
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools CRM systems and analytics platforms
- Project management and event coordination experience with strong organizational abilities
- Budget management and financial acumen with experience in resource allocation and ROI analysis
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think innovatively and adapt to changing market conditions
**Required Experience:**
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional marketing management experience in a corporate environment
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching marketing campaigns
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with media influencers and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in event planning coordination and execution
**Preferred Skills & Experience:**
- Experience in the hospitality retail or consumer-facing industry
- Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and local business practices
- Proficiency in graphic design tools or video editing software
- Experience with market research methodologies and competitive analysis
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies
- Multilingual capabilities (Arabic language skills are a plus)
