We are looking for a Junior HR Specialist to support daily operations and HR projects that enhance efficiency. As a member of our Payroll & HR Operations Team within the People Division youll provide high-quality support and guidance to stakeholders in Greece and across international markets.
Our team is responsible for maintaining the HRIS managing employee lifecycle documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies benefits leave management and labor standards. Each year we help launch new international markets driving process improvements and delivering an excellent employee experience.
As a Junior HR specialist you will:
- Support operational onboarding for newcomers managing HR processes documentation and records related to the full employee lifecycle in alignment with payroll company and local authority requirements;
- Ensure accurate updates in HR Information Systems for the full employee lifecycle benefits administration and time-off management;
- Build strong internal relationships and serve as the go-to person for employee HR Operations queries providing guidance on policies and processes;
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs collaborating with international HR benefit administrators and benefit providers to resolve employee inquiries;
- Prepare ad hoc reports to support informed decision-making.
What you will bring
- At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations. Previous exposure to fast-paced or international environments is a plus;
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration;
- Experience with benefits administration onboarding-offboarding and employee lifecycle processes including documentation management;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
- Proficiency in MS Office Google Sheets and various HRIS;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Familiarity with basic labor law principles in European and North/South American countries is a plus.
