Outbound sales French

We are looking for a results-driven French-speaking Outbound Sales Consultant to join a high-performance contact centre team servicing the Canadian market.

In this role you will proactively engage with potential customers promote relevant products and services and drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a target-driven fast-paced sales environment.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the Canadian market
• Present promote and sell products/services using approved sales techniques
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively
• Accurately capture customer interactions in internal systems
• Maintain a high level of product and campaign knowledge
• Deliver a professional and engaging customer experience at all times
• Adhere to compliance quality and operational standards

• Fluency in French (C1C2 level spoken and written)
• Good command of English (B2 or higher)
• Proven B2B outbound sales experience
• Strong communication negotiation and closing skills
• Target-driven with a proven ability to meet performance metrics
• Ability to work in a structured performance-based environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

• Contact centre or BPO experience
