About the Job

Project Director to lead and manage multiple Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering infrastructure projects including MRT viaducts and major road works while ensuring timelines budgets and quality standards are met.

Lead plan and manage multiple LTA projects simultaneously from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and in compliance with LTA standards and regulations.
Develop and implement project strategies schedules risk management plans and cost controls.
Oversee cross-functional teams including engineers consultants and contractors.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders including government agencies contractors and internal management.
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety quality and environmental standards.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.
10 years of project management experience in large-scale infrastructure projects with proven experience managing multiple LTA projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
Experience with viaduct MRT and road construction projects is highly preferred.
