We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international service organization based in this role you will support customers across multiple communication channels while delivering a consistent high-quality service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer interactions in German via phone email and digital channels
- Provide assistance related to product usage and basic troubleshooting
- Handle inquiries regarding orders deliveries returns and account-related matters
- Deliver effective after-sales support with a customer-focused approach
- Accurately record customer interactions in internal CRM systems
- Meet defined quality productivity and customer satisfaction targets
- Identify complex cases and escalate them according to internal procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely issue resolution
Candidate Profile
- Native or near-native German (C1C2)
- Good command of English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High level of customer orientation and attention to detail
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced multicultural work environment
- Basic computer literacy and confidence using CRM tools
