Job Title: Sales Enablement Specialist (Liquidity)

Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia
PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a key role in supporting the effectiveness and productivity of the sales organization by delivering tools insights training and resources that enable sales teams to succeed. The role focuses on equipping sales professionals with the knowledge content processes and technologies required to effectively position our products and solutions across multiple markets and customer segments.
This position works closely with sales leadership product teams marketing and regional stakeholders to develop enablement strategies improve sales readiness and drive consistent execution across the sales lifecycle. The Sales Enablement Specialist will contribute to revenue growth by ensuring the sales organization is well-prepared to engage clients communicate value propositions and deliver impactful payment and technology solutions.
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Support the development and execution of sales enablement initiatives that enhance sales performance productivity and alignment across regional and global teams.
- Create and maintain sales materials such as pitch decks playbooks battlecards and product guides aligned with market priorities.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate complex payment solutions into clear sales narratives and support new product launches.
- Analyze sales data and field feedback to identify improvement opportunities and measure enablement effectiveness.
- Partner with sales leadership marketing product and regional teams to ensure alignment on commercial priorities and messaging.
- Support the optimization of sales processes tools and CRM systems to improve sales efficiency and client engagement.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 8-10 years of experience in sales enablement sales operations product marketing consulting or commercial support preferably within payments fintech banking or technology.
- Good understanding of the payments ecosystem and digital commerce trends.
- Experience developing sales content training programs or enablement materials.
- Strong communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical organizational and project coordination abilities.
Mandatory Skills:
- Previous experience within Banking Payment & Card solutions or the FinTech industry.
- Regional experience across the GCC including working in a faced-paced matrix organisation.
- Excellent communication skills (written verbal and presentation) in English. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- The ability to analyse data troubleshoot payment issues optimize processes and make data-driven decisions.
- An understanding of regional regulations across financial services or payment networks.
