German Speaking Sales Development Representative
Location: Athens Greece (Hybrid Model)
Start Date: 13 April 2026
Language: Native or Professional Proficiency in German
We are looking for a results-oriented German Speaking Sales Development Representative to join our Inside Sales team. This role is specialized in Cloud Security requiring a candidate with a strong interest in the IT industry and a professional approach to B2B sales. You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients within the German-speaking market.
Working Model & Relocation
Work Structure: Hybrid (A balance of on-site collaboration and remote work flexibility).
Relocation Support: One month of accommodation is provided for candidates relocating to Athens.
Standard Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day / 5 days a week).
Financial Package & Compensation
We offer a competitive and performance-driven salary structure:
Base Salary: (Fixed monthly gross salary to be specified).
Performance Bonus: Attractive quarterly/annual bonus structure based on targets:
Standard Bonus Range: Up to 3.40756.
High Performance Range: Up to 4.29000.
Annual Structure: 14 salaries per annum (including Easter Summer and Christmas bonuses).
Core Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales activities (B2B) to generate leads within the German market.
Qualify prospects and identify key decision-makers in the IT and Cloud Security sector.
Present complex cloud security solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
Manage and update the sales pipeline to ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Requirements
Language: Professional fluency in German (Written and Verbal) is mandatory.
Experience: Relevant B2B sales experience preferably in the IT or Cloud Computing industry.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of Cloud Security and IT infrastructure.
Skills: Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
