Job Summary

German-Speaking Booking Agent (Relocation to Greece)

Are you fluent in German and looking for an international work opportunity in Europe

We are currently recruiting German-speaking Booking Agents to join an international customer service team supporting travelers and partners worldwide. This position offers the chance to gain international experience while living and working in Greece.

Location

Greece (relocation required)

What You Will Do

Assist customers with reservations cancellations and booking modifications
Respond to inquiries via phone email and messaging
Handle payment questions refunds and complaints
Provide information about services and property listings
Support partner accounts and assist with Extranet-related questions
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through professional communication in German and English

You will support both customers and partners (B2C & B2B) in a fast-paced travel and hospitality environment.

Requirements

Native or C1 German
English B2
Strong written communication skills
Good PC skills (Windows troubleshooting basics keyboard shortcuts)
Ability to multitask and work with multiple systems
Customer-oriented mindset

Previous experience in customer support hospitality or contact centers is a plus but not required.
