Up to $142000 annually (based on experience)
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time permanent opportunity in Mauston Wisconsin. This role focuses on helping patients improve mobility manage pain reduce fall risk and regain independence following illness injury or surgery.
Position Overview
The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients experiencing pain or movement dysfunction. The PT works closely with healthcare providers and rehabilitation staff to improve patient outcomes and support recovery.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function

Assist patients in managing pain and reducing fall risk

Support recovery following surgery or injury

Document patient evaluations progress notes and discharge plans

Communicate with physicians rehabilitation staff insurance providers and patients

Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care

Maintain clean and organized treatment areas
Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
-
Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to document patient care accurately and efficiently
