We are looking for aProgramme Manager to join ourStrategyteam working withWellcomesClimate and Healthprogramme.
Where inWellcomewill I be working
The role reports to the Head of Strategy Integration Climate & Health. As a member of the Strategy Integration team you will be enhancing programme and project management quality and capability atWellcomewhile supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives across the organisation (primarily the Climate & Health portfolio).
What will I be doing
This role will ensure efficient and effective programme management by supporting programme leads indeveloping strategies with plans to delivering them driving integrationacross the whole organisation and fostering an environment conducive to successful delivery and continuous improvement.
As aProgrammeManager you will:
Collaborate with programme leads to develop andmaintainplans to achieve influence engagement or research goals and outcomes.
Ensure effective integration of influenceengagementor research programmes into the overall portfolio promoting collaboration and prioritisation within teams.
Facilitate team sessions including retrospectives planningmeetingsand project kick-offs to enhance team collaboration.
Remove obstacles toteamwork provide necessaryresourcesand manage programme-level milestones in collaboration with work stream leads.
Oversee budget management and people planning includingallocatingresources from acrossWellcome.
Track and manage key risks escalate them if necessaryand ensure their resolution alongside coordinating internal communication and supporting programme decision-making processes.

MinimumCriteria:
Comprehensive programme management experience including managing complex programmes.
Experience with coordinating competing priorities and multiple stakeholdersand able to influence directly and indirectly in a matrix organisation.
Experienced in planning and problem solving with programme management and delivery teams.
Ability to actively engage with an organisations strategy and support the development and implementation of the relevant portfolio to deliver strategicobjectives.
