Job Summary
工作职责
深入理解细胞治疗药物的作用机制生产流程与质量控制要求确保对药物安全性与有效性的系统性把握 负责自动化设备的机械结构设计与制造或供应商管理涵盖离心细胞培养液体处理等关键单元确保设备的可靠性易维护性与可清洁性 熟悉传感器执行器控制系统的选型与应用设计稳定高冗余的控制流程及联锁策略支持批生产与异常处置 主导设备软件开发与验证实现自动运行过程数据采集数据完整性实时可视化与分析支持电子批记录与合规审计追踪 熟悉药品生产质量管理体系及细胞治疗相关法规/指南能够设计并交付满足合规验证IQ/OQ/PQ风险管理FMEA的自动化设备 负责项目整体规划与推进包括里程碑设定跨职能协作工艺/QA/验证/供应链进度与成本控制供应商管理确保按时高质量交付 具备问题解决与创新思维持续优化设备性能良率与生产效率推进模块化标准化与数字化升级如PAT数据驱动优化 完成上级安排的相关工作任务并支持关键节点的技术评审与风险缓解
任职资格
1. 本科及以上学历自动化机械电气控制软件工程或生物工程/生物技术等相关专业
2. 有自动化设备开发与制造经验具备从概念设计到量产交付的完整实践经验优先
3. 优秀的跨部门协调需求理解系统设计与问题解决能力能够在受监管环境下推进复杂项目
4. 有细胞疗法相关自动化设备制造经验优先
