TITLE: FTS EUC - O365 Operations Specialist

EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions LLC

LOCATION: Milwaukee WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. subject to authorization from management)

DUTIES: Provide a high level of expertise in the supported applications to address stakeholder questions and fulfill requests for custom solutions related to the technologies specifically Power Automate Power Apps and SharePoint Online. Gather and analyze business requirements and design comprehensive scalable and cost-effective solutions that align with the organizations goals and constraints. Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to the supported applications. Collaborate with development teams to propose and implement enhancements to improve application performance usability and overall user experience. Provide application support in a 24x7 production environment to provide operations support and accommodate customer needs.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field and 2 years in any job title involving application support and solution design experience. Prior experience must include 2 years in the following: Designing building and maintaining automated workflows across Microsoft 365; Managing SharePoint lists libraries permissions and site customization; Creating canvas and model-driven apps customizing forms and integrating with data sources including SharePoint and Dataverse; Creating forms using Power Apps; Analyzing business requirements and designing comprehensive scalable and cost-effective solutions; Providing level 3 support for Power Platform and SharePoint Online issues; and Project management including prioritizing tasks estimating efforts and meeting deadlines.
