Juryo is the next-generation AI operating system built specifically for high-volume B2C law firms. We are tackling one of the toughest challenges in the legal industry: replacing scattered tools manual bottlenecks and overloaded staff with a seamless intelligent platform.

We provide law firms with an autonomous workforce and the software in which it runs. Juryo deploys a specialized team of AI agents to run the firms core operations 24/7. Our intelligent agents seamlessly handle the entire client lifecycle across multiple channels

We are a fast-growing startup making waves in the just our first few months we are already working with the biggest law firms in Spain have raised money from tier-1 VCs and angels and validated our vision in one of the most demanding professional markets. We are now building the talented team that will scale Juryo into a global platform.

The Role

You will work directly with the founding team taking ownership of key feature verticals and scaling our existing production systems. This is a role for a builder who loves high-bandwidth in-person collaboration and wants to see their code impact users immediately.

What youll do:

• Execute the Roadmap: Translate product requirements into high-quality code across the entire stack from database schemas to polished React components.

• Build the software layer: Our agents need software to operate on. You will build it.

• Scale our AI Infrastructure: Help refine our RAG pipelines and agentic workflows to ensure reliability for legal professionals.

• Maintain High Standards: Work within our Turborepo setup to ensure our codebase remains modular tested and easy to navigate.

• Ship Daily: We value agency. Youll be expected to push to production frequently and iterate based on real-time feedback.

Our Tech Stack

• Frontend: TypeScript React Tailwind CSS .

• Backend: Supabase/Postgres (RLS Migrations Triggers).

• AI/Data: LangChain/LangGraph AI SDKs Vector Databases OCR processing.

• Infrastructure: Serverless functions Turborepo.

What Were Looking For

• Hard worker: Does 9-9-6 excites or scares you If it scares you youre not the right fit. If not youll fit right in. We are a bunch of hard-charging people that want to make a dent in the world and will spare no energy to do so

• Claude master: You have figured out how to use agentic coding agents to maximize your output. Youre not stuck writing lines of code yourself but rather mostly supervising/giving direction to Claude (or similar).

• 3 Years of Production Experience: You know how to build for real users not just hello world projects.

• Full-Stack Fluency: You are equally comfortable debugging a complex SQL query as you are centering a div.

• The Generalist Edge: You understand multi-tenant SaaS architecture security scoping and how to build for scale.

• In Barcelona or Willing to relocate: This is a 100% on-site role. We believe the best early-stage products are built in the same room.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Supabase/Postgres (specifically RLS and migrations).

• A degree in Computer Science or related study.

• Familiarity with Monorepo tooling (Turborepo).

• A background in (or a deep hunger for) AI Agent orchestration and RAG pipelines.

• Understanding of durable workflows and human-in-the-loop systems.
