The role
As a Junior Asset Manager at Urban Partners Poland you will be situated in the Asset Manager & Project Team in our Warsaw office and report to Edyta Stelmach Head of Asset Management & Development. You will help and aid Asset Managers in their day-to-day work while gradually taking ownership of defined areas within the portfolio. It is an exciting and pivotal role with both internal and external stakeholder collaboration. It offers broad exposure towards and across reporting operations letting development and investment activities in a dynamic and fast-growing company.
Key tasks
You will support asset managers with daily asset management activities and your tasks will include the following:
- Participate in shaping rental strategies and improving customer experience
- Optimize operations and coordinate with property administrators
- Evaluate plan and monitor Capex projects; support business plans acquisitions and divestments
- Review property valuations for accuracy; prepare budgets performance reports and approve invoices
- Work closely with the project development team and investment teams; contribute to internal projects and portfolio performance analysis
Your profile
We seeka dynamic pro-active and positively engaging team-player who thrives with creating results together with passionate value-driven and ambitious colleagues. You possess:
- Two years of experience in the real estate sector preferably residential or commercial asset management
- Relevant educational background in real estate finance or similar
- Strong Excel reporting and analytical skills and fluency in English and Polish
- Commercial mindset with a solution-oriented approach
- Focus on details and drive towards delivering excellence
- High drive and commitment combined with good communication skills
