Summary:

This role plays a critical part in shaping how assets and inventory are deployed across Poland directly influencing capital efficiency financial performance and customer outcomes. As a key partner to local and regional leaders you will turn data into insight and strategy into action.

What You Will Do

  • Drive asset and inventory optimization across Poland by partnering with Business Unit Finance and Supply Planning teams to improve capital efficiency and availability in the field.
  • Analyse asset utilization inventory levels and return on investment and deliver clear databased recommendations on consignment levels asset deployment and capital investments.
  • Own local governance and review processes ensuring full compliance with financial controls regulatory standards and internal audit requirements.
  • Manage the full asset lifecycle including writeoffs disposals expiry management product phasein and phaseout activities and lifecycle planning.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators related to assets and inventory providing regular insights to local leadership to support decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Sales Marketing Operations Finance Supply Chain Legal and Tender teams to align asset strategies with commercial priorities.
  • Contribute to regional asset and inventory management initiatives by sharing local insights and implementing regional standards and best practices.

What You Will Need

Required

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in asset management inventory management or supply chain and planning roles.
  • People management experience.
  • Fluency in Polish and in English.
  • Demonstrated experience with data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.

Preferred

  • Lean or continuous improvement certification.
  • Experience working in a matrixed international organization.
  • Previous experience within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience working with JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system.

Salary information will be provided during therecruitment process.

Travel Percentage: 10%
