Job Summary
Position Summary
The Associate Asset Manager in Poland is responsible for driving effective asset and inventory management strategies within the Polish market in close alignment with EEMEA frameworks and standards. This new role partners closely with local business and functional leaders to optimize inventory in the field improve capital efficiency and deliver strong financial and operational outcomes.
What You Will Do
- Partner with Polish Business Unit leaders Finance and Supply Planning teams to optimize asset and inventory levels in the field.
- Provide datadriven recommendations to local leadership on consignment levels asset deployment and capital investment (CERs).
- Own and drive local RCC processes ensuring full compliance with SOX finance and regulatory requirements.
- Manage lifecycle activities including consignment writeoffs disposals expiry management PLCM and phasein/phaseout processes.
- Monitor analyze and report on asset performance inventory levels KPIs and return on investment for local capital placements.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with Sales Marketing Operations Finance Supply Chain Legal and Tender teams in Poland.
- Actively participate in EEMEA asset and inventory management projects contributing local insights and adopting regional standards.
- Lead coach and develop a team.
What You Need
- Masters degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- 68 years of experience in Asset Management Inventory Management or Supply Chain / Planning.
- Prior experience in team management.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior local stakeholders.
- Proven analytical and problemsolving capabilities including experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Fluent Polish and English.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI and ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) is expected.
Preferred
- Experience working in a matrixed international organization.
- Exposure to continuous improvement process standardization or change management initiatives.
- Lean Green Belt and/or project management certification.
Salary information will be provided during therecruitment process.
