Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services appointments and pet care. Schedule appointments and manage the clinics calendar efficiently.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of client information and pet medical histories. Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
Customer Service:
Address client concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism. Provide information on pet care vaccination schedules and preventative health measures. Follow up with clients after visits to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to ensure seamless communication. Assist in preparing examination rooms and ensuring cleanliness and organization within the clinic. Participate in team meetings to discuss clinic goals and improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
Preferred:
Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting. Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficient in using computer systems and scheduling software.
