Job Summary

JobOverview:

We areseekinga skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. As a Welder you willbe responsible forfabricatingand assembling metalstructures and products using various weldingtechniques. Theidealcandidate should have a strong understanding of welding principles be proficient in reading blueprints andtechnical drawings andpossessa keen eye for detail to ensure the quality of the finished requires physical strength dexterity and a commitment to safety protocols.

KeyResponsibilities:

Perform welding tasks using different techniques such as TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) to join or repairmetalcomponents.
Interpretandfollowtechnicaldrawingsblueprintsandweldingsymbolstoensureaccurateandprecisefabrication.
Set up andoperatewelding equipment including selecting proper welding tools gases and wire orelectrodematerials.
Inspect materials for defectsand ensure they meet required specifications before starting the weldingprocess.
Cleanprepareandarrangemetalsurfacestobeweldedremovinganyimpuritiesorcontaminants
Conductwelding teststoassessthe quality ofwelds andmakenecessary adjustmentsto achieveoptimalresults.
Maintainweldingequipmentbyperformingregularmaintenanceandrepairs.
Followsafetyguidelinesandwearappropriatepersonalprotectiveequipment(PPE).
Collaboratewithotherteammemberstoensureefficientworkflowandtimelycompletionofprojects
Monitorinventoryofweldingmaterialsandreportanyshortagesorneededsuppliestothesupervisor.
Adheretocompanypoliciesandproceduresensuringcompliancewithindustrystandardsandregulations.

Preferredqualifications:

CandidatemusthavesomeorallthefollowingEducational/Technicalrequirements:

Highschooldiplomaorequivalent;technicalorvocationaltraininginWelding
ProvenexperienceasaWelderorsimilarroleinmetalfabrication.
Familiaritywithreadingtechnicaldrawingsandblueprints.
MustbefamiliarwithMachinesandtheuseoftipsnozzlesandothermachineissues.
Abilitytooperateandmaintainweldingequipmenteffectively.

Strongattentiontodetailandprecisioninworkmanship.
Physicalstaminaandtheabilitytoworkinvariouspositionsincludingstandingkneelingand bending for extended periods.
