Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
Implement and maintain Health Safety Environmental and Food Safety policies and regular inspections focusing on hygiene food-handling processes equipment safety and temperature-control risk assessments related to food production allergen control chemical usage and safe food-handling safety and food-related incidents (contamination risks injuries near-misses) and develop corrective compliance with HACCP ISO 22000 and other applicable food-industry correct PPE usage chemical safety and cleaning procedures in kitchens/food training on food safety personal hygiene emergency procedures and safe work accurate records: inspections audits PPE registers incident logs temperature checklists and MSDS internal and external audits (OHS hygiene food safety client audits).Promote continuous improvement and safe practices within all food service operations.
