Job Summary
Are you a datadriven problem solver who can turn complex information into clear meaningful insightsWerelooking for an Interim Data Analyst to join us on a 3month contract working approximately 20 hours per week to support and strengthen ourorganisationsdata capability.
About the Role
In this roleyoullhelp us make better use of the information we hold by extracting cleaning and interpreting data from key systems includingSystmOneand our internal operational databases. Your work will enable our leadership teams to better understand trendsperformanceand outcomes.
You will design and develop dashboardsreportsand analytical tools that provide teams with clear accessible information they can act on. Working collaboratively across theorganisationyoulltranslate varied data needs into practical userfriendly reporting and analysis that supports decisionmaking.
Youllalso take ownership of core datasets improving their structure accuracy and security and helping us build strong reliable data foundations for the future.
This shortterm role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running enjoys improving systems and processes and wants to make a meaningful impact on how we use data across theorganisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract clean interpret and present data from multiple sources including SystmOne.
- Designdevelopandmaintain organisationaldashboards.
- Buildmanageand improveorganisationaldatasets.
- Create automated solutions to improve reporting and analysis efficiency.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Support impact measurement and reporting for internal and external stakeholders including funders and regulators.
WhatWereLooking For
- A valid DBS check(or willingness to obtainone).
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience extracting and working withSystmOnedata.
- Ability to interpret and present complex data clearly and meaningfully.
Additional Details
- Immediate start
- Parttimerole (20 hours per week).
- Hybrid requirements: must be onsite at least 2 days per week.
- Pay is open to discussiondepending on experience.
- We would consider someone on a self employed basis for this role
