Owningthe management and details of the projects that the Marketing Operations team works on both globally to support the global Marketing Operations regional teams as well as cross-functionally across marketing operationsspecialistwill have the ability to translate the complex business requirements received from stakeholders and translate these intoactionsoutliningend to endproject requirements.

Support the team with daily workflow projects and priorities
Facilitate planning and organization of key team initiatives teammeetingsand events
Assemble large meeting agendasinvites and recap/distribute meeting notes/outcomes
Assistin the publishing of regular marketing status and performance reports
Gather and distribute information from various teams for smooth cross functional operations
Manage and traffic marketing campaign calendars in coordination with all team members
Marketing Technology
As the marketing operations specialist you will help coordinate the daily management of projects tools and platforms used by the marketing department worldwide
Be a data steward for lead entry
Utilizing templatized Marketoprogram builds to support contentsyndication webinars eventsBrightTALK paid andorganic social
Provides solutions to a variety ofmarketing problems of basicscope and complexity
Assist with Marketing Operations tasks such as data governance tasks Marketing Automation Platformwork Smartsheet and other Program Management tool auditing etc.
Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business or equivalent experience
0-2 Years Marketingor AdministrativeExperience
Knowledge and Skills
You love getting your hands in allMarTechtools while also finding operational efficiencies.You find joy in diving into and optimizing end-to-end processes while also working collaboratively across teams.
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and comfortable working with large datasets
Familiar with Project Managementstyles (Waterfall vs. Agile)
Strongprojectmanagement cross-team stakeholder management andanalytic thought process and ability to interpret data
Generalunderstanding of database management and data governance
Experience working on projects across various teams tracking completion and success
