Job Summary
Lathrop Community a retirement community grounded in Quaker values and a commitment to enhancing the experience of aging has an opening for a part-time Resident Care Aide (CNA or HHA) for the evening shift (4p-10p). This position is an average of 15 hours each week on a rotating two-week schedule pattern that includes holidays and addition to a competitive hourly compensation of $20.50 benefits for this position include enrollment in Lathrops 403(b) retirement plan and access to the Employee Assistance Program.
You will be a key part of an important department at Lathrop forming relationships with staff residents and their family members as you support the residents who live in apartments at the Inn. Lathrop Community is an independent living community offering a more structured environment for residents in the Inn where you will work.
What youll bring:
Active CNA or HHA certification preferable with prior experience as a CNA
Current CPR certification
A drive for teamwork and connection
