We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Process Operator position joining our Jackson OH team!

SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday
HOURS: 3:30pm-3:30am
- Additional hours may be required due to business demands.

Key Responsibilities

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

Operate potato chip fryers dough mixers and snack food processing equipment.
Responsible for change over and set up of the mixing cooking and processing equipment.
Cleaning machine parts after changeovers discarding trash/waste and monitoring tank levels as well as cleaning seasoning trays floors and ovens in the processing area.
Records daily machine and process information such as batch counts start & stop times oil meter readings waste recordings and pounds of flour.
Changes and maintains Urschel slicer heads to maintain quality and consistent slices.
Ensure that manufacturing data is accurately entered and tracked in the ERP system including production orders materials and finished goods.
Update and maintain ERP records to reflect real-time data including production status material usage and equipment maintenance.
Enter production and manufacturing data into the ERP system including raw material consumption machine usage labor hours and quality control data.
Track inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with the necessary teams to ensure timely material replenishment.
Other ERP responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED:

Must complete a background and pre-employment drug screen. As well as a preplacement screening which tests the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A good mechanical skill-related background is preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to work with latex gloves airborne seasoning cardboard dust cleaning solutions and hot water.
Ability to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment where you are regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions extreme cold extreme heat and moving parts.
Good Balance on slippery surfaces.
Must be able to lift at least 21 pounds.
