Description

At Honeywell Aerospace the Senior Talent Specialist plays a key role in attracting and developing top talent through strategic recruiting programs and university partnerships.

This role focuses on program management recruitment strategy stakeholder relationship management and data-driven decision making to build strong talent pipelines and support business growth.

You will collaborate with hiring managers HR partners and external stakeholders to execute innovative talent acquisition initiatives including campus recruiting programs and recruiting events that strengthen Honeywells employer brand.

Travel: Up to 20% for university events career fairs and recruiting initiatives.



Responsibilities

Lead and manage strategic talent acquisition programs including university relations and campus recruiting initiatives.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning and business needs.
Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices.
Use data analytics and reporting to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with universities career centers and internal stakeholders.
Plan and execute recruitment events including career fairs networking sessions and campus engagement programs.
Support full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing interviewing and candidate selection.



Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

5 years of experience in talent acquisition HR or recruitment program management.
Experience with university relations or campus recruiting programs.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data and reporting to drive recruitment strategy.
Experience with full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Experience planning recruitment events or campus engagement initiatives.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a proactive strategic mindset.
