In this role you will be working as a Recruiter for a client that works in structural steel fabrication this position you will be required do internal recruiting for the companys current and future openings as well as performing other HR duties like orientation/onboarding. This is a permanent position and must be performed on site.

Qualifications:

Experience recruiting internally
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Must have experience vetting candidates
Knowledge of recruiting resources (Indeed social media cold calls etc.)
Excellent communication skills
Must be detail oriented and a team player
