Job Summary

Duties And Responsibilities
Shepherd students from point of inquiry to matriculation curating the funnel for the Applied Behavior Analysis program and all Counseling programs (Clinical Mental Health Counseling School Counseling Substance Use Disorders Certificate Post-Masters Clinical Mental Health Counseling). Streamline all aspects of student visitscheduling with rooms faculty tours etc. Gather content for communication flows and edit as needed. Collaborate with faculty on developing new admissions pipelines to expand the diversity of students in the program. Coordinate and run all admission events for graduate programs in behavioral health fields including those for special populations (early admission key accounts etc.). Provide tours to prospective students.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in relevant academic/professional fields. Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with students in a higher education setting. Excellent time management and communication skills both written and verbal. An ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external constituencies. Evidence of commitment to diversity equity and inclusion. An enthusiasm for helping prospective graduate students navigate the graduate school search process. A high energy level strong attention to detail and compelling presentation skills. Able to prioritize workflow and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Ease with multiple modes of communication including phone email and text messaging. Evidence of providing a high level of customer service when working with faculty staff and students. Interest in understanding and supporting John Carrolls mission to inspire individuals to excel in learning leadership and service in the region and in the world.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing communication higher education or other related field. 2-3 years of experience in admissions enrollment or school counseling. Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service. An understanding and ability to articulate the value of a graduate degree.
