You will be responsible for:

Production Leadership

Oversee daily assembly line and distribution flow to meet production schedules and performance targets.

Monitor output proactively address bottlenecks and adjust resources to maintain operational efficiency.

Team & Personnel Management

Supervise train and mentor operations specialists to support growth consistency and performance.

Provide coaching conduct regular feedback sessions and manage scheduling and shift coordination.

Quality & Safety Compliance

Uphold and enforce company safety quality and regulatory standards across the production floor.

Drive adherence to compliance requirements and support investigations audits and corrective actions.

Operational Efficiency & Improvement

Partner cross-functionally to optimize assembly line layout workflows and material handling.

Contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance productivity reduce waste and improve process reliability.

Systems & Technology

Utilize Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to manage manufacturing data inventory accuracy and production tracking.

Maintain accurate documentation and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Experience: 2-4 years experience in manufacturing. Production supervision or logistics leadership is preferred.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams of 30 employees in a high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); experience with MES platforms preferred.

Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination between shop-floor personnel and management.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and recommend actionable sustainable improvements.
