Position Overview


The Director Identity Product leads Marriotts enterprise identity data strategy and product portfolio ensuring secure unified and privacy-compliant identity capabilities across all customer and partner touchpoints. This role is responsible for defining the vision roadmap and delivery of identity solutions that enable personalization loyalty integration consent management and seamless digital experiences.
As a key leader within the Enterprise Data Analytics & AI organization this position partners with technology marketing legal and security teams to deliver identity products that balance innovation with compliance. Through strategic execution and cross-functional collaboration the Director ensures Marriotts identity ecosystem supports global scale enhances customer trust and drives measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities


Define and execute the strategic roadmap for identity data products and capabilities.
Oversee identity resolution authentication and consent management solutions to enable secure personalized experiences.
Ensure compliance with global privacy regulations and enterprise data governance standards.
Collaborate with engineering security and marketing teams to integrate identity capabilities across platforms and channels.
Drive adoption of identity solutions across internal stakeholders and external partners.
Monitor performance metrics including identity match rates data quality and system reliability.
Resolve technical and strategic blockers to ensure timely delivery of identity initiatives.
Champion innovation in identity management technologies and methodologies.
Represent identity strategy in enterprise forums and partner engagements.
Promote agile delivery and continuous improvement in identity product development.

Qualifications


Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Management or related field; advanced degree preferred.
8 years of experience in data product management or identity technology leadership.
Expertise in identity resolution authentication protocols and consent management frameworks.
Strong understanding of privacy security and compliance requirements for identity data.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with customer data platforms loyalty systems and identity governance tools.
Agile product leadership and strategic execution skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
