THE ROLE:

Xylem is seeking Intern candidates for the M&CS RMA Services Department. In this role you will support operational activities that improve data integrity customer experience systems and internal service processes.

Xylem Summer Internships typically last 1012 weeks and offer handson experience while making a meaningful contribution to the organization. Our internships provide a pathway to earlycareer fulltime roles and rotational programs across Xylem.

The hourly rate for an intern varies based on major year in school and geographic location.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with data cleanup activities within the M&CS RMA Services function.

• Support testing and debugging of the new CRM and defect management system.

• Identify and help resolve data inconsistencies.

• Provide ongoing operational support for departmental projects.

• Document processes findings and test results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelors degree in Business Data Analytics Information Systems Engineering or a related field.

• Eligible to work in the United States now and in the future without the need for visa sponsorship.

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data.

• Ability to learn new systems quickly and follow structured testing procedures.

• Experience with Excel or other analytical tools preferred.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

DAY IN THE LIFE:

A typical day may include conducting data verification and cleanup participating in system testing sessions for the CRM/defect management tool troubleshooting issues alongside the Services team and collaborating on process improvement efforts. Interns gain exposure to system workflows service operations CRM structure and crossfunctional communication.
