AN EXCITING CHANCE TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM
AsMaitre dhotel -Venue Supervisor (Morning & Evening) youll support the Assistant Director of B&F in overseeing Breakfast Banquets and In-Room Dining during the morning and our Restaurants during the evening ensuring that every detail reflects the elevated standards and original concept behind the W experience.
This is a hands-on guest-facing position where your presence on the floor makes a real difference. From fine-tuning service flow to guiding and inspiring your team your leadership will help shape a smooth stylish and unforgettable guest journey.
Youll be responsible for:
Coordinating daily operations across venues
Upholding grooming and service standards with precision
Coaching and supporting your team of Talents
Maintaining strong guest relationships and encouraging feedback
Contributing to the ongoing evolution of service excellence

You also bring:
Experience managing teams in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
