Your Opportunity Your Team

The Inventory Planning Assistant will assist our Inventory Planners so meeting deadlines is imperative. Also you will help manage the lifecycle of the purchase order from placement to receipt. You will report to the Sr. Inventory Planner

Where you will Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite in the Atlanta GA corporate office 3-5 days per month.

What Youll Do

You will manage our purchase order lifecycle including submitting orders vendor follow-up tracking shipping and receiving. You will also maintain accurate documentation related to communication modifications and invoicing.

Vendor management communicate with our international and domestic vendors regarding shipping payment and vendor information updates.

You will monitor shipping reports for orders and alert Planners of potential issues.

You will support Planners with additional projects and tasks.

What Youll Bring

Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) skills.

College degree required
