About the Role:

This is a dynamic peoplefocused role that requires strong communication stakeholder engagement and the ability to navigate complex environments. Youll contribute to a culture of safety accountability and high performance while supporting Eldercares commitment to delivering exceptional care for older South Australians.

In this pivotal role you will lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of projects that directly support Eldercares model of care across our residential aged care facilities and retirement living sites. Youll be responsible for managing endtoend project delivery - from concept phase planning and resourcing through to execution monitoring and closeout - ensuring outcomes are achieved on time on budget and to the highest quality standards.

Working within Eldercares Portfolio Management Office youll collaborate closely with General Managers Functional Leads Site Operations Managers and external consultants. Your work will span strategic initiatives clinical projects and handson project management activities. Youll also play a key role in continuous improvement helping refine project systems processes and documentation to strengthen organisational capability.

What You Will Bring:

Sound knowledge of contemporary project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2 PMBOK Agile).
Experience working within a structured PMO framework.
Highlevel proficiency in Excel Scheduling Tools Word and Outlook.
Strong project management capability with a customerservice mindset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients consultants contractors and internal stakeholders.
Ability to critically analyse design proposals and contribute to improved project delivery methods.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects prioritise effectively and meet agreed deadlines.
A current drivers licence.
