About the Team and the Role:

Youll be joining the Seller Experience organization within eBay the heartbeat of our global marketplace. This team owns the end-to-end seller journey from onboarding and listing to selling and growth operating at massive scale across 190 markets and billions of listings.

As eBay sharpens its strategy around Focus Categories we are investing deeply in building category-first verticalized seller experiences that unlock growth improve quality and differentiate eBay in priority segments. Focus Categories represent a key pillar of eBays long-term strategy where we aim to deliver best-in-class tailored seller tools and workflows that reflect the unique needs of each vertical.

As a Senior Product Manager you will define and drive the vision strategy and roadmap for seller-facing capabilities across one or more Focus Categories. You will partner across product design engineering analytics and business teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for sellers and for eBay.

What You Will Accomplish:

  • Define and drive the multi-quarter product vision and roadmap for seller experiences within Focus Categories aligned to Seller Experience and eBays corporate strategy.

  • Identify category-specific opportunities to simplify inventory management pricing and seller growth workflows.

  • Translate seller pain points market signals and business priorities into clear product strategy and measurable outcomes.

  • Champion seller needs at scale by leveraging qualitative research and data insights to inform roadmap decisions.

  • Define success metrics and experimentation plans to evaluate adoption quality improvement seller satisfaction and business impact.

  • Partner cross-functionally to align priorities manage tradeoffs and deliver against clear milestones.

  • Foster a culture of ownership clarity and execution excellence.

  • Leverage automation and intelligent tooling to reduce seller effort and improve listing quality and trust signals.

What You Will Bring:

  • 6 years of product management experience including leading complex cross-functional initiatives.

  • Proven success building and scaling customer-facing products in commerce marketplaces or ecosystem-driven platforms.

  • Strong ability to connect business strategy with product execution.

  • Experience driving measurable impact for large user bases in global environments.

  • Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.

  • Strong analytical skills defining KPIs running experiments and translating insights into action.

  • Experience working closely with design and research to keep the seller at the center of decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and senior leaders.

Additional Details

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

C$133200 - C$177800

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including location skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility various paid time off benefits such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
