As the Product Area Lead - Martech & Orchestration within INGs Growth Tribe youll shape the future of how we connect with our customers. This role sits at the intersection of strategy technology and customer experience leading the evolution of our communicationdecisioning ecosystem and the Martech platforms that enable personalised timely and compliant interactions. Youll define the vision for a modern scalable and intelligent communication environmentensuring every customer message is purposeful datadriven and aligned to our strategic priorities.
Youll join a highly collaborative fastmoving Tribe where youll influence senior leaders guide crossfunctional squads and build capability across the business. As the steward of both our orchestration governance and Martech integration domains you will balance longterm innovation with operational excellenceuplifting our technology foundations while ensuring stable riskaligned execution.
This is a role for a strategic leader who thrives in complexity champions customercentricity and is energised by shaping the next generation of INGs communication and Martech ecosystem.
