Were looking for a Senior Safety & Wellbeing Projects Coordinator who is passionate about making a real difference to how safety and wellbeing are embedded across a large complex organisation.
About the role
In this influential role youll lead and contribute to key actions from the DCCEEW Wellbeing Strategy to enhance psychosocial safety and wellbeing across the organisation. Your work will focus on strategic wellbeing elements supporting leaders establishing pathways and improving psychosocial hazard management.
Youll develop leader resources refine reporting and resolution processes for psychosocial hazards contribute to change management resources and help prepare for group-level risk assessments.
Working with stakeholders across People Culture and Safety communications project teams and external partners youll design and deliver practical wellbeing initiatives. Youll also analyse and report on wellbeing data manage related communications and build partnerships to ensure evidence-based solutions.
About You
You are a confident safety and wellbeing professional with practical experience delivering programs and initiatives in complex settings and are comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality outcomes.
You are skilled at translating psychosocial risk concepts into practical guidance for leaders and teams and advising on sensitive or complex wellbeing matters.

Senior IC
