Job Summary
Mail/Payment Processing Clerk
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Location: Charlotte NC
Schedule: Sunday- Thursday 9:00PM-5:30AM
Pay is $ 19/hour which may be below your states minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Mail/Payment Processing Clerk to support banking operations through accurate high-volume transaction processing. This role requires strong attention to detail flexibility and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate OPEX Falcon imaging/extraction equipment to process remittances and checks.
- Prepare verify and reconcile payment batches according to client and banking guidelines.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards in a deadline-driven environment.
- Follow security audit and operational procedures while contributing to team goals.
- Use intermediate computer skills to support daily processing tasks.
Requirements
- Attention to detail with accuracy and good eye-hand coordination
- Ability to lift to 15-20 pounds
- Must be able to work overtime as required
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Open minded with a positive attitude
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and be utilized in all areas of operation
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
