This role involves supporting global corporate clients ensuring high-quality document production and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

This role involves supporting global corporate clients ensuring high-quality document production and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Produce and proofread documents to client specifications and quality standards.
Ensure strict adherence to production processes SLAs and internal KPIs.
Manage timekeeping and administrative tasks for billing and payment.
Consistently deliver accurate high-quality output within deadlines.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements

Native-level fluency in German and English(spoken and written).
Previous experience in acustomer service or client-facing role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong PowerPoint skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong accountability persistence and resourcefulness.
Flexibility to work shifts including weekends.
Experience or training ingraphic design/desktop publishingis advantageous.

Salary & Benefits

Base salary: Up toR25 000 (market-related).
Language supplement.

Shifts

Monday to Friday (rotational):

Early: 06h00-15h00
Shift:14h00-23h00
Night: 21h00-07h00
