Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is hiring Senior Inpatient Case Manager Registered Nurse.
This position is full-time day shift.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse
3 years related experience
3 years acute care experience
The Senior Inpatient Case Manager RN assumes responsibility accountability and leadership for the daily operations including coordination of work quality and service for inpatient case management. Assist supervisor for assigned site/function. Participates in the work activities of assigned teams and provides case management services as needed. Maintains fiscal accountability for departmental activities. Provides feedback on hiring and evaluations of personnel. Functions in one of the following practice settings: Hospitals only
BLS required within 90 days of hire.
Certification in Case Management (CCM CMAC or ACM-SW) required within one year of eligibility.
