Hero Calling Management Accountant 12 Month Contract Part Time
North of the River Perth
$55 per hour super (pro rata)

Calling all heroes a well-regarded organisation within the health and research sector is seeking a Management Accountant to join their finance team on a 12-month maternity leave contract (0.6 FTE).

This role will support the organisations corporate services divisions providing financial reporting budgeting and forecasting to support senior leadership and board-level decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of monthly management accounts and board reporting packs
Ownership of budgeting and forecasting for corporate overhead divisions
Financial analysis and commentary on variances and performance
Business partnering with operational leaders to monitor budgets and expenditure
Supporting the annual budget cycle and periodic reforecasts
Assisting with financial modelling and ad hoc analysis
Contributing to improvements in financial reporting processes

About You

CA or CPA qualified (or working towards)
Previous experience in a Management Accountant Senior Accountant or Finance Business Partner role
Strong experience in management reporting budgeting and forecasting
Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Experience within not-for-profit healthcare research or education environments is advantageous but not essential
