Job Summary

Ability to formulate an individual plan of care revise plan as indicated by the patients response to treatment and evaluate overall plan for effectiveness.
Coordinates and supervises patient care as necessary.
Demonstrates an ability to organize and prioritize job function.
Utilizes assessment data to identify patient care needs to include patient education and discharge planning.
Recognizes and reports abnormal assessment data and incorporates findings into the plan of care: validates and revises expected outcomes based on assessment.
Accurately and legibly documents all patient care activities including but not limited to wound assessment patient care teaching demonstrated progress toward goals medication administration nursing flow sheets and all assessment forms.
Delegates tasks to the health care team members appropriately.

Nurse to patient ratio: 1:5 possible 1:7 on Nights
EMR: EPIC
Dress code: Any color scrubs

Non-Billable Orientation: 8hrs
Call Call-back and Charge: Not applicable for this need
OT: 1.25% multiplier

3 years CURRENT MS experience required
Previous travel experience required (at least 6 mos) required
Tele/Progressive Care Experience - PREFERRED
EPIC EMR experience - REQUIRED
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
