About the Role:

This role offers a unique opportunity for a litigation attorney to gain substantial courtroom exposure and hands-on trial experience while working on complex and impactful cases.

The attorney will play an active role in case development discovery motion practice and trial preparation contributing directly to litigation strategy. You will work alongside experienced trial lawyers on cases that require detailed preparation strong advocacy and strategic thinking.

Rather than managing a high volume of routine matters this role focuses on carefully preparing complex cases that are built for trial allowing attorneys to develop meaningful litigation and courtroom skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Take and defend depositions
Draft and argue motions
Manage cases through the discovery process
Support case strategy and trial preparation
Work closely with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters
Assist in preparing cases for mediation hearings and trial

Qualifications:

3 years of civil litigation experience
Experience taking and defending depositions
Experience drafting and arguing motions
Ability to manage cases through the discovery phase
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Interest in developing trial advocacy skills and gaining courtroom experience
