PAY RATE: $27/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Fabricate and assemble mechanical and structural components using standard hand tools power tools and precision instruments

• Perform mechanical assembly heavy structure drill-out bonding fastener installation and wire harness installation

• Build modify install troubleshoot and repair components and structural assemblies

• Execute work orders based on engineering drawings models and procedures

• Maintain accurate documentation and buyoffs for completed work inspections and non-conformances

• Collaborate with engineers to suggest design improvements and process enhancements

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures quality standards and configuration control

• Support engineering teams during development testing and prototype builds

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Technical diploma associate degree or equivalent experience in:

  • Aircraft maintenance

  • Machine trades

  • Manufacturing technologies

• Experience working with:

  • Composites

  • Titanium

  • Sheet metal

  • Riveting and fastening

  • Wiring and tubing

  • Basic machining

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and engineering data

• Experience using tools such as:

  • Torque wrenches

  • Countersinks

  • Drills

  • Deburring tools

  • Calibrated precision equipment

• Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and communication abilities

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
