MRI TechProduces images for medical diagnosis by operating magnetic resonance equipment. Performs procedures and calibrates and operates equipment under limited radiologist direction. Processes images and coordinates patient care with other patient services.

Variable Shift - 36 per week with on call shifts (1 night per week weekend rotation). Shifts could be weekday weekday evening or Sundays. They could be 8 - 12 hour and Work Experience:Certificate or diploma from MRI school or Associates degree in Radiology: RequiredBachelors Degree in radiologic technology or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelors): PreferredLicenses/Certifications:Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiology (ARRT-R) or Magnetic Resonance (ARRT-MR) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT): RequiredRadiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice: PreferredBasic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: RequiredARRT-Radiography (ARRT-R) or ARRT-Magnetic Resonance Imaging (ARRT-MRI) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT): RequiredFacility Specific License/Certifications:AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS: RequiredState Radiologic Tech (RT) or RTMRI: Required
